Latin America Conference for Deans and Director 2008 , Mexico City - Press Information

A limited number of press passes are available for the Association of MBAs' fifth annual Conference for Business School Deans and Directors in Latin America.

The Association of MBAs' annual Latin America Conference for Deans and Directors is the essential event in the Latin America region for key players from accredited business schools and the business education arena. It offers an excellent opportunity for networking and discussion of the current issues relating to business management education in the Latin American context.

The Conference, now in its fifth year, is well-established in the Association of MBAs' international events calendar, and has been previously held in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru. This is the first time the event will take place in North America.

This year, the Conference sessions will cover the following topics:

  • Relevant research
  • Social responsibility is profitable for the company
  • Innovation in management education and leadership
  • MBA talent markets
  • Deans’ round table
  • Exploring the relevance of the MBA for business leadership today
